Shipping policy
domestic purchases:
*5x7", 8x10", and 11x14" sizes ship flat in a rigid mailer
*13x19 and larger sizes ship rolled in a sturdy tube
*orders containing both small and large prints will ship together in a sturdy tube
international purchases:
*8"x10" and 5x7" prints ship flat
*11"x14" and larger prints ship separately in a mailing tube
All orders ship via USPS first class with tracking; domestic purchases generally take 3-5 business days to arrive after the order is shipped. International orders can take anywhere from 7-14 business days to arrive, depending on location.

*Express service offers next-day delivery for most address in the USA, however some address may require two-day service for delivery. All express orders must be arranged and ordered by 2:00 pm Pacific Time in order to ship and deliver the next business day. If ordered after 2:00 pm Pacific Time, order will ship the following business day.
International orders ship via USPS with tracking, and can take up to 3 weeks to arrive, depending on location. Tracking numbers for international (non-USA) orders may no longer be tracked once they leave the United States. Foreign postal services are only required to scan and trace Express mail orders, though sometimes they are tracked and can be accessed through the addressee’s foreign postal service. So if your tracking is not being update, don't be alarmed- your package is most likely still on its way to you.
International customers, please note that Jasper and Ruby is not responsible for custom fees and/or duties, and you may be charged these upon receipt of your package. Information about fees and duties can be found at your local custom's office.
