Return policy for domestic orders:
Changed your mind? We are happy to accept unopened and unused in original condition items within 7 days for a full refund of the purchase price. (please note that shipping costs are non-refundable).
Personalized items and custom paintings can not be returned.
Refunds will be issued for the item price on the original sales receipt and any applicable taxes to the payment method used for the original order.
Please contact us immediately at email@example.com if you receive a damaged or defective item and we will process a claim and/or send you a replacement. We must be informed within 48 hours of delivery of the damaged goods or we cannot process a claim.
Hold onto all packaging materials and the item until further notice- the carrier service may need to inspect the package if a claim is filed.
